I had some roast beef I needed to use, so these wraps are what I created. I also created the sauce and it went nicely with the beef and cheese. Had I had fresh spinach I would have added as well. These wraps would be great cut as pinwheels to serve as an appetizer as well. They were a hit with my family. Enjoy!

How To Make ~ havarti beef wrap w/ horseradish spread ~

  • Step 1
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, horse radish, mustard, onion, sour cream and dill, until smooth. A pinch of salt and pepper if desired.
  • Step 2
Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoon of horseradish spread over tortilla. Add 2 slices of cheese and depending how big slices of beef are, add to your liking. I used 4.
  • Step 3
Roll up tight and slice in half. Had I had fresh spinach, would have added, but the kids loved them just as they are. These would also be great served as pinwheels for an appetizer.
