How to Make Ham & Pickle Appetizers
- Pat ham slices dry with paper towels.
- Spread ham slices with a generous layer of cream cheese each.
- Top each slice with a pickle spear, roll-up. (Place 4 - 6 toothpicks in roll to hold in place)
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut each into 4 - 6 pieces. Serve chilled.
