Another recipe from my time at Sterlington Hospital.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can chopped black olives, drained
  • 2 packages smoked thin sliced ham
  • 1 can chopped green chile peppers, drained
  • 2 teaspoons juice from pickled jalepeno peppers

How To Make ham cheese loaf

  • Step 1
    Chop one package of the smoked ham and combine with the onions, cream cheese, pepper juice, chili peppers, and olives.
  • Step 2
    Make into a roll. Lay the slices of ham on a plate, overlapping; then place the cream cheese roll in these slices and roll in these slices and roll up.
  • Step 3
    Chill until ready to sere. Slice and serve with crackers.
