gruyere apple spread
This has been sitting in my recipe box on a scrap of paper for many years. That means I have no idea where I got it from. I'm well known for scribbling down recipes wherever I happen to be. AT friends, the doctor's office - LOL. The Gruyere and apple blend nicely together.

Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- 2 teaspoons milk
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup grated apple
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
