A different take on spinach artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • - 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained, 10 oz
  • - 1¼ cups freshly grated parmesan cheese, 5 oz
  • - 1¼ cups mayonnaise
  • - 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
  • - 1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped, 8 oz
  • - 1 roasted red pepper, chopped
  • - stone ground wheat crackers

How To Make green monster dip

  • Step 1
    Mix the spinach, cheese, mayonnaise, artichoke hearts, water chestnuts, red pepper and garlic in a bowl. Mix well. Spoon into a pie plate or shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with crackers. Serves 12 to 16
