Ingredients For green chili cheese dip

  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can mild green chile salsa, 7 oz
  • 1 can diced green chiles, 4 oz
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 8 oz
  • 1/3 cup half and half
  • tortilla chips

How To Make green chili cheese dip

  • 1
    In skillet, cook onion in butter til soft. Add salsa and chiles;
  • 2
    cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Lower heat. Blend in cheese. Slowly add half and half.
