    3/4 cup chopped onion
  • ·
    2 tbsp. margarine
  • ·
    1 can mild green chile salsa, 7 oz
  • ·
    1 can diced green chiles, 4 oz
  • ·
    1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 8 oz
  • ·
    1/3 cup half and half
  • ·
    tortilla chips

How to Make Green Chili Cheese Dip


  1. In skillet, cook onion in butter til soft. Add salsa and chiles;
  2. cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Lower heat. Blend in cheese. Slowly add half and half.
  3. Mix well. Heat through. Serve warm with tortilla chips or raw vegetables if desired
