·3/4 cup chopped onion

·2 tbsp. margarine

·1 can mild green chile salsa, 7 oz

·1 can diced green chiles, 4 oz

·1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed, 8 oz

·1/3 cup half and half
-
·tortilla chips
How to Make Green Chili Cheese Dip
- In skillet, cook onion in butter til soft. Add salsa and chiles;
- cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Lower heat. Blend in cheese. Slowly add half and half.
- Mix well. Heat through. Serve warm with tortilla chips or raw vegetables if desired
