How to Make Green Chile Wonton

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cheese, chiles, onion, avocado
  2. Spoon about 1 1/2 tsp. cheese mixture in center of each wonton. Moisten edges of wonton lightly with water. Fold wonton in half to form a triangle, pressing edges together to seal.
  3. Chill 20 min.
  4. Fry in hot oil in batches.
