- - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- - 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (tabasco)
- - 3/4 cup finely chopped white onion
- - 2 - 8 oz packages softened cream cheese
- - 1 -16 oz package shredded sharp cheese
- - paprika - (optional)

Step 1Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use a rubber spatula to form a ball. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until the texture has firmed up slightly. Roll in paprika or nuts if desired. This makes 1 large or 2 medium cheese balls.
