This is a very simple recipe that my mother-in-law would make and serve with Frito scoops.

cream cheese, softened
jalapeno pepper juice
How To Make
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
Beat in the jalapeno pepper juice and the garlic salt.
Add more pepper juice until it is the consistency that you need to dip chips. Chill at least 2 hours, but is better if it stays in the refrigerator overnight.
