1 cup gouda cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
ASSORTED CRACKERS AND OR CUT SWEET PEPPERS

How To Make gouda pecan bites

Step 1

Bring cheese to room temperature and mix in a medium mixing bowl(allow 30 minutes) Add sour cream and pecans. Beat with electric mixer until combined and mixture is creamy. Cover and chill for up to 1 hour. Serve with crackers or veggies.
