This wholesome, fun, gourmet pizza is great for brunches and entertaining dinner parties!

Ingredients

  • CANTALOUPE, PROSCUITTO, & GOAT PIZZA
  • 16 ounces prepared, whole wheat pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon yellow cornmeal for dusting
  • 1 cup prepared alfredo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 ounces goat cheese
  • 5 slices prosciutto
  • few dash white truffle oil (blended)
  • 1/2 cup small chunks of chilled cantaloupe

How To Make goat, proscuitto & chilled cantaloupe pizza

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees farenheit.
  • Step 2
    Coarsely chop proscuitto and set aside.
  • Step 3
    Dust pizza stone (or 12 inch pie pan)with yellow corn meal.
  • Step 4
    Place pizza crust on dusted pizza stone. Spread alfredo sauce on crust, leaving about an inch of space from sauce to edge.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle cheese over the top of sauce. Add proscuitto over cheese then sprinkle goat cheese. Lightly sprinkle a few dashes of truffle oil on top of pizza.
  • Step 6
    Bake pizza for 8-10 minutes or until crust is lightly brown and cheese is melted.
  • Step 7
    After pizza has been removed from the oven, spread the cantaloupe chunks on top of pizza. Slice and serve!
