Goat Cheese-Pistachio Cheeseball
How to Make Goat Cheese-Pistachio Cheeseball
- Blend the cheeses, honey and thyme in a standing mixer (I used my Kitchen Aid with the paddle attachment) Mix on medium speed until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a work surface like a plastic cutting board using a spatula to get it out of the mixing bowl. Form it into a ball and then roll the ball in the pistachio nuts. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and serve.
- Family Circle suggested using a toasted sliced baguette or crackers. I served it with Peperidge Farms Cracker Quartet and I have to say that this went really well on the Harvest Wheat crackers that came in the box! (
