How to Make Goat Cheese and Fig Canapes
- 1Defrost the mini shells for 10 minutes at room temperature. Make sure fig preserve is at room temperature. Crumble the cheese until almost fine with a fork.
- 2Place 1/2 teaspooon goat cheese in the bottom of each cup. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of the preserve. Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top and serve.
- 3If you are going to serve right away you can pop them under the broiler for just a few seconds until the cheese turns golden. Serve immediately.
