Ingredients
- 30 - mini pillo shells
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 3 ounces fig preserve with or without ginger
How To Make goat cheese and fig canapes

Step 1Defrost the mini shells for 10 minutes at room temperature. Make sure fig preserve is at room temperature. Crumble the cheese until almost fine with a fork.

Step 2Place 1/2 teaspooon goat cheese in the bottom of each cup. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of the preserve. Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top and serve.

Step 3If you are going to serve right away you can pop them under the broiler for just a few seconds until the cheese turns golden. Serve immediately.
