- - 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- - 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- - 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1Process all ingredients in food processor til smooth. Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve on cucumber slices drizzled with olive oil or use as a spread for bagels, sandwiches, or crackers.

Step 2This spread can be frozen for up to a month, tightly wrapped. Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours and stir before serving.
