loose breakfast sausage-if using italian links remove all casings

fresh mozzarella balls

marinated roasted peppers

marina sauce

toothpicks for serving
How To Make gameday sausage surprise bites

1Pre heat oven to 375

2Make a small patty with the sausage and place 1 mozzarella ball and one piece of roasted pepper in center. Roll into a ball and place on cookie sheet

3Bake about thirty minutes or until completely browned Place balls on toothpick and serve with plenty of marinara for dipping! Make plenty of these! they go quickly. ENJOY!!
