How To Make gameday sausage surprise bites

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 375

Step 2

Make a small patty with the sausage and place 1 mozzarella ball and one piece of roasted pepper in center. Roll into a ball and place on cookie sheet
Step 3

Bake about thirty minutes or until completely browned Place balls on toothpick and serve with plenty of marinara for dipping! Make plenty of these! they go quickly. ENJOY!!
