My mom taught me this recipe. You can serve them anytime. They are great for parties, breakfast, brunch or snacks. At times, she would also add a little poultry seasoning, for a subtle change of taste.

roll (raw) sausage -jimmy dean or owens
2 c
cheddar cheese, grated
2 c
bisquick or pioneer baking mix

How to Make Gail's Sausage Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together sausage and cheese.
  • 2Work bisquick into sausage mixture.
  • 3Form into 1-inch sized balls.
  • 4Place on cookie sheet (sprayed with Pam) Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels. Good served hot or cold.
