Ingredients
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, cut into 32 sticks
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1-1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounces cooking oil
- - favorite dipping sauce, if desired
How To Make fried mozzarella sticks

Step 1In a bag, shake cheese with flour until well coated.

Step 2In a shallow bowl, beat eggs with water.

Step 3In a second shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, seasoned salt, and garlic powder.

Step 4Dip coated cheese sticks, one at a time, in egg mixture.

Step 5Then roll in crumb mixture until well coated.

Step 6Place cheese sticks on a large baking sheet and chill for one hour.
