Five Cheese Hors D'ouveres

Melanie B

I came across a box of old recipes. I got this recipe years ago at a ladies Bible study party. It was so good I had to get the recipe.

How to Make Five Cheese Hors D'ouveres

  • 1Note: I made 1/2 a batch on a sheet of parchment paper on top of a cookie sheet. Next time I will line a bread pan with parchment paper, so the dough goes to the sides of the pan. Making a whole batch in a 9x13 will work out just fine. You just kind of need the pan sides the help keep in the cheese.
  • 2Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls on a 9x13 pan. Pinch the seams together.
  • 3Layer the cheeses. Slice the cream cheese and spread over the top. Pour the egg over the cheeses.
  • 4Top with the other crescent roll, pinching the seams together.
  • 5Brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeps. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden. Let it set up for a little bit, then cut and serve. We had it about room temperature.
