Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound feta cheese
  • 1 - small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons water

How To Make feta cheese mint dip

  • Step 1
    Crumble the feta cheese, then add olive oil, water, onion, garlic and chopped mint leaves and smash until smooth. You can also use an inversion mixer, but I prefer smashing it with a fork because I don't want the onion to become mash!
