Ingredients

  • 2, 8 oz ea pkg
    feta cheese, coarsley chopped
  • 2, 8 oz ea pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped red pepper

How to Make Feta Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix feta cheese and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add nuts, onions and red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate.
  2. Shape into ball. Roll in additional chopped nuts or chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers.
  3. Note: for smaller molds, recipe may be halved.
