I love this cheese ball - my dad and brother wants me to fix them one every year at Christmas.

Ingredients

4 to 5 ounces bleu cheese
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons onion chopped
1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make favorite cheese ball

Step 1

Grate cheddar cheese and then let all cheeses set until room temperature.

Step 2

After all cheeses are soft enough to mix - add the remaining ingredients and mix by hand.
Step 3

Form into 1 large ball or divide into several sizes - put on plate and set in refrigerator until hardened.
Step 4

While the cheese balls are in the refrigerator chop some pecans and put into a bowl and after you take the cheese balls out of the refrigerator roll them in the pecans.
