My dear friend Marge makes this recipe when we go sailing on the 4th of July and watch the fireworks. She is a fabulous cook and this is a favorite. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 packages 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 cup crosse+blackwell major grey chutney-use only a fresh jar
- 1/2 cup peanuts chopped in small pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 package coconut
- 1 bunch chop green onions using the green and white sections
How To Make fancy cheese ball

Step 1set out cream cheese to soften @ room temperature

Step 2put coconut on cookie sheet and toast @350 leaving the oven door open about 6 inches until it's golden brown- keep an eye on it

Step 3chop peanuts real fine-use a rolling pin to roll over small pieces but not into a powder

Step 4add all ingredients except coconut and stir in bowl

Step 5separate coconut leaving enough to roll the cheese ball in- add the rest of the coconut to the bowl and stir

Step 6form the ingredients into a ball and then roll the ball in coconut to coat

Step 7put into the refrigerator-taking out one hour before serving

Step 8you can make this recipe ahead of time-it will last two days in the refrigerator

Step 9eat with your favorite crackers enjoy!
