I mold this cheese in a round ring and fill the center with strawberry preserves. The sharp tangy flavor of the cheese with the sweet preserves in wonderful when spread on a cracker.

sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c

pecans, chopped
1 sm

onion, grated

1/2 tsp

worcestershire sauce

mayonnaise
1 c

strawberry preserves

How To Make famous cheese ring

Mix all ingredients except preserves together and press into a 1 quart mold. Chill. Serve with the strawberry preserves in center of the ring along with crackers.
