I mold this cheese in a round ring and fill the center with strawberry preserves. The sharp tangy flavor of the cheese with the sweet preserves in wonderful when spread on a cracker.

- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup strawberry preserves

Step 1Mix all ingredients except preserves together and press into a 1 quart mold. Chill. Serve with the strawberry preserves in center of the ring along with crackers.
