Merry Christmas everyone! If you want to wow the socks off your family and friends, upgrade your usual buffet, then try this recipe. It's so good and it gets raves. Brie is sold in a round form with a rind that you will keep on in this recipe. It holds it all together as it bakes. Then you break it open when done cooking and the flow of cheese with this glaze on top is unbelievable. Served with cinnamon graham crackers or slices of apples it will be the most unforgetable cheeseball type food.

Ingredients

  • - 1 average sized round of brie (found in deli refrigerated section of grocery)
  • - 1 stick butter
  • - 1 t cinnamon
  • - 1/2 cup honey
  • - 1 cup coarsley chopped walnuts

How To Make elegant but simple honey nut glazed brie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place brie in center of 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish, greased. Set aside. Meanwhile in saucepan: melt butter, add cinnamon and honey stir together. Add nuts. Cook 2 minutes bringing to bubbly and hot. Pour evenly over brie cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes or when brie is melted completely inside. Slice brie open so the cheese oozes out. Serve with sliced apples and cinnamon graham crackers broken in medium pieces.
