Ingredients
- 1 can hormel chili, any variety
- 1 pound mexican valveeta, cubed
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained (optional)
How To Make easy mexican crock-pot dip

Step 1Place chili and cubed cheese in small crock-pot. Top with browned hamburger if desired. Heat until warm and blended.

Step 2Serve with tortilla chips.

Step 3Truth: I have to admit, I cannot remember the last time I made this recipe and added the hamburger! But it is good both ways.
