Ingredients
- 1 package thawed frozen prepared puffed pastry dough
- 1 package brie cheese, wheel or choice of size to suit
- 2 tablespoons red pepper jelly or less if doing small portion
How To Make easy baked brie in pastry

Step 1roll out thawed pastry on lightly floured board.

Step 2spread pepper jelly in center area of pastry

Step 3place cheese on top and bring pastry around cheese to cover and pinch to seal.

Step 4turn over into pie plate and bake per pastry directions. Best to prick some steam vents into top of pastry. Cook until lightly brown and puffy, serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
