Excellent flavored cheese ball. Great for holiday or anytime. These can been made ahead and frozen. (Thaw before rolling in chopped pecan mix)

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8oz ea)
  • 1 jar dried beef, large jar
  • 2 teaspoons accent seasonings *
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped finely

How To Make drema's dried-beef cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Using a mini chopper or food processor, chope dried beef until coarse ground. Place chopped pecans in a separate bowl. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place dried beef, cream cheese and all remaining ingredients except pecans in medium mixing bowl. Mix well with hands. Form 2 balls.
  • Step 3
    Roll balls in finely ground pecans. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap till ready to serve. Great with most any type of crackers or crisp flatbreads! Enjoy!
  • Step 4
    Tip: *Accent found in salt, spice section of supermarket. Found in shakers.
