Excellent flavored cheese ball. Great for holiday or anytime.

These can been made ahead and frozen. (Thaw before rolling in chopped pecan mix)

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, softened (8oz ea)
  • 1 jar(s)
    dried beef, large jar
  • 2 tsp
    accent seasonings *
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped finely

How to Make Drema's Dried-Beef Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Using a mini chopper or food processor, chope dried beef until coarse ground.

    Place chopped pecans in a separate bowl. Set aside.
  2. Place dried beef, cream cheese and all remaining ingredients except pecans in medium mixing bowl. Mix well with hands. Form 2 balls.
  3. Roll balls in finely ground pecans. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap till ready to serve.

    Great with most any type of crackers or crisp flatbreads! Enjoy!
  4. Tip: *Accent found in salt, spice section of supermarket. Found in shakers.
