Drema's Dried-Beef Cheese Ball

These can been made ahead and frozen. (Thaw before rolling in chopped pecan mix)
Ingredients

2 pkgcream cheese, softened (8oz ea)

1 jar(s)dried beef, large jar

2 tspaccent seasonings *
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 cpecans, chopped finely
How to Make Drema's Dried-Beef Cheese Ball
- Using a mini chopper or food processor, chope dried beef until coarse ground.
Place chopped pecans in a separate bowl. Set aside. - Place dried beef, cream cheese and all remaining ingredients except pecans in medium mixing bowl. Mix well with hands. Form 2 balls.
- Roll balls in finely ground pecans. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap till ready to serve.
Great with most any type of crackers or crisp flatbreads! Enjoy! - Tip: *Accent found in salt, spice section of supermarket. Found in shakers.
