I made this dip for a martini party last year and it was a big hit. The dip went so fast I had to make more.

Makes 2 cups.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    package of cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    jar of chopped green olives, drained and reserve juice
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2
    minced garlic cloves
  • 4
    green onions, chopped both tops and greens
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic salt (optional)
  • 4 oz
    can of chopped jalapeños (optional)

How to Make Dirty Martini Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until well mixed.
  2. If needed, you can add sparingly the juice from the olives - or even add vodka.
  3. Chill for an hour and serve.
