These are easy, delicious, and you can even make these ahead of time and freeze them and then take them out and put them under the broiler as you need them.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    breakfast sausage
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar
  • 1
    loave party rye, wheat or your favorite small size bread

How to Make Delicious Party Sandwiches

Step-by-Step

  1. If you prefer you can use 2 lbs of ground beef, instead of 1 lb of ground beef and 1 lb of sausage. I prefer the mix of the two meats.
  2. Brown meat and drain any fat. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Spread on top of party bread. Put under broiler until bubbly and light brown.
  3. Serve warm.
