  • 1 box
    frozen spinich, thawed (10 oz)
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 c
    parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 jar(s)
    artichoke hearts, unmarinated (10-12 oz)
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 1/4 c
    mozzarlla cheese
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese - softened
  • 1 1/8 tsp
    garlic - minced
  • 1/3 c
    diced roma tomatoes

How to Make Delicious Hot Spinach Dip


  1. If not already shredded, shred the Parmesan cheese. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Warm
    in the microwave approx. 15 seconds, enough to soften it all up. Mix everything as well as you
  2. Place everything in a baking dish, bake for approx 25 mins. Watch closely, do not let brown.
  3. Great with: Warm tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels or crisp french bread strips to dip with.
