Curry Almond Cheese Spread

An old round tin makes an ideal container for this sweetly spiced dip. Place the spread on a plate and position the plate inside a tissue paper lined tin.

2 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature (8oz each)
1 jar(s)
mango chutney (9oz jar)
1 c
almonds, slivered,toasted
1 Tbsp
curry powder
1/2 tsp
dry mustard
toasted slivered almonds
fresh cranberries for garnish


1Process cream cheese,chutney,almonds,curry powder and mustard in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill 1 hour.
2Shape the mixture into a round. Chill until ready to serve or up to 4 days. Sprinkle with almonds. Garnish with cranberries.
