crock pot dip
This came from "Schertz~Cibolo Valley Lioness Club" cookbook (of which I was a member) I have used this since 1975 and even my vegie friends like it.

Ingredients
- 1 pound regular sausage (like jimmy dean or owens)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 pounds american cheese (cut up into small pieces)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup - undiluted
- 1 can rotel tomatoes (i use original)
How To Make crock pot dip

Step 1Brown sausage and beef in skillet. I use inexpensive beef - but BE SUR TO DRAIN OFF THE GREASE

Step 2Pour into crockpot and add rest of ingredients

Step 3Stir and cook on low (for about one hour)

Step 4Serve with chips - Frito scoops or tostado scoops (potato chips not strong enough)
