This is a great appetizer. I have made this recipe every holiday season for the last 40 + years. It's a favorite of my family and friends, give it a try this holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1 package garlic & herb cheese spread or spinach & artichoke
  • 1 package provolone cheese or chuck of cheese sliced
  • 1 stick pepperoni
  • 1 - egg - beaten
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make crescent roll-pepperoni-cheese appetizer

  • Step 1
    Line baking sheet with foil. Spray with butter spray.
  • Step 2
    Open the crescent rolls, unroll and spread with garlic & herb cheese spread or use artichoke and spinach dip.
  • Step 3
    Slice provolone cheese in quarters and slice pepperoni in 1/4 inch rounds.
  • Step 4
    Add one slice of provolone cheese and one slice of pepperoni and on wide end of each triangle roll like you were making crescent rolls.
  • Step 5
    Place point side down on prepared baking sheet.
  • Step 6
    Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 7
    Bake 7 minutes or until browned at 375 degrees.
