This is a great appetizer. I have made this recipe every holiday season for the last 40 + years. It's a favorite of my family and friends, give it a try this holiday season.

  • 2 pkg
    crescent rolls
  • 1 pkg
    garlic & herb cheese spread or spinach & artichoke
  • 1 pkg
    provolone cheese or chuck of cheese sliced
  • 1 stick
  • 1
    egg - beaten
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Crescent Roll-Pepperoni-Cheese Appetizer


  1. Line baking sheet with foil. Spray with butter spray.
  2. Open the crescent rolls, unroll and spread with garlic & herb cheese spread or use artichoke and spinach dip.
  3. Slice provolone cheese in quarters and slice pepperoni in 1/4 inch rounds.
  4. Add one slice of provolone cheese and one slice of pepperoni and on wide end of each triangle roll like you were making crescent rolls.
  5. Place point side down on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake 7 minutes or until browned at 375 degrees.
