cream cheese tortilla rolls

Pretty much a staple at office potlucks or Superbowl parties, but my kids love these as a snack too.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
  • 4 1/2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts, drained & finely chopped
  • 4 ounces diced pimentos, drained
  • 2 - flour tortillas, 8 or 10 inch size (try a flavored one like sun dried tomato)
  • 6 ounces deli ham sandwich meat, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces provolone cheese, thinly sliced

How To Make cream cheese tortilla rolls

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine cream cheese, artichokes and pimentos; mix well. Spread mixture on one side of tortilla.
  • Step 2
    Layer each tortilla with ham and cheese. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Step 3
    Slice into 1 inch pieces. Serve.
