I have made this for years, using dried beef or luncheon ham. It is versatile because you can make it with just the cream cheese filling or add pickles, asparagus, or whatever you like, before you roll it up. Always gets rave reviews

Serves:
Makes 1/2 cup of filling

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 3 Tbsp
    1/2 &1/2 cream (may use sour cream, if preferred)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 1/2 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 slice
    onion, thin sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 dash(es)
    pepper

How to Make Cream Cheese Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. In blender, combine 1/2 & 1/2, 4 oz of the cream cheese, and remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add remaining cheese. Mix until smooth.

    Chill and use on salami, bologna, thin sliced ham luncheon meat, dried beef and roll up.
