I have made this for years, using dried beef or luncheon ham. It is versatile because you can make it with just the cream cheese filling or add pickles, asparagus, or whatever you like, before you roll it up. Always gets rave reviews

3 Tbsp1/2 &1/2 cream (may use sour cream, if preferred)

8 ozcream cheese, softened and cubed

1/2 tspseasoned salt

1 sliceonion, thin sliced

1/2 tspprepared mustard

How To Make cream cheese spread

1In blender, combine 1/2 & 1/2, 4 oz of the cream cheese, and remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth. Add remaining cheese. Mix until smooth. Chill and use on salami, bologna, thin sliced ham luncheon meat, dried beef and roll up.
