Ingredients
- 2 packages 3-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 4 teaspoons dry sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- salt to taste (optional)
- 1 jar 8-oz. jar mango chutney, finely chopped
- 1-2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
- sesame crackers
How To Make cream cheese & chutney platter

Step 1With a mixer, beat cream cheese and then add cheddar cheese, sherry, curry powder and salt (if using).

Step 2Spread mixture on a serving platter about 1/2 inch thick. Chill until mixture is firm.

Step 3Just before serving, spread chutney over the top of the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with chopped green ions. Serve with crackers.
