Ingredients

  • 2 packages 3-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
  • 4 teaspoons dry sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt to taste (optional)
  • 1 jar 8-oz. jar mango chutney, finely chopped
  • 1-2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
  • sesame crackers

How To Make cream cheese & chutney platter

  • Step 1
    With a mixer, beat cream cheese and then add cheddar cheese, sherry, curry powder and salt (if using).
  • Step 2
    Spread mixture on a serving platter about 1/2 inch thick. Chill until mixture is firm.
  • Step 3
    Just before serving, spread chutney over the top of the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with chopped green ions. Serve with crackers.
