I received this recipe years ago from a lady that I work with and I have to make it every year for the holidays. My daughter always has dibs on the leftovers if their is any.

Ingredients

  • 3 packages 24 oz. cream cheese room temp
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon each garlic and onion powder
  • 3 packages buddig beef lunch meat.

How To Make cream cheese beef cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Mix the cream cheese with the green onions, garlic and onion powder. Chop the lunch meat into small pieces. Mix half the lunch meat into the cheese. Roll into a ball. Roll the cheese ball in the remaining lunch meat.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
