There are many variations of cheese balls but this is my all time favorite!

Ingredients

2 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese softened
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup onion minced
1/4 cup bell pepper minced
1 cup pecans, chopped
2 cups pecans finely chopped (for coating ball)
1 teaspoon seasoned salt

How To Make cream cheese ball (with suprises inside)

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, pinapple, onion, bell pepper, seasoned salt and 1 cup of chopped pecans together using food processor or mixer. After all is mixed form into one very large ball or two ot three smaller balls. Roll ball(s) in finely chopped pecans. Store in refrigerator

Step 2

These freeze well. Just wrap in plastic wrap and foil.
