How to Make Cranberry - Goat Cheese Spread

Step-by-Step

  • 1TOAST PINE NUTS: Place on a sheet of foil and roast in a toaster oven at 300 deg. F. for about 2 minutes, just til nicely golden brown. Remove.
  • 2Place toasted pine nuts and all other ingredients into a food processor. Process until mostly smooth.
  • 3Place in a pretty serving dish. Serve immediately or refrigerate (which will thicken spread somewhat).
  • 4Serve with crackers, triscuits, slices of cocktail bread, Melba toast, or cut up veggies of our choice.
