How to Make Cranberry - Goat Cheese Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. TOAST PINE NUTS: Place on a sheet of foil and roast in a toaster oven at 300 deg. F. for about 2 minutes, just til nicely golden brown. Remove.
  2. Place toasted pine nuts and all other ingredients into a food processor. Process until mostly smooth.
