1/2 ccoconut, toasted

12 ozcream cheese

1/4 cgolden raisins

3 Tbspsour cream

1 Tbspcurry powder

1 csalted nuts, coarsely chopped

9 slicebacon, cook crisp, crumble

1/3 cchopped scallions
How To Make chutney nut spread, barb

1Reserve 2 T chutney and 2 T coconut. Mix together remaining. Place on serving dish, or form in flat circle on platter. Top with reserved chutney and coconut. Serve with crackers or toasted pita triangles.
