From Barb's recipe book, 11.21.20. Another chutney recipe, noted as VERY good. I usually use mango chutney.

Ingredients For chutney nut spread, barb

  • 10 oz
    chutney
  • 1/2 c
    coconut, toasted
  • 12 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    golden raisins
  • 3 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 c
    salted nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 9 slice
    bacon, cook crisp, crumble
  • 1/3 c
    chopped scallions

How To Make chutney nut spread, barb

  • 1
    Reserve 2 T chutney and 2 T coconut. Mix together remaining. Place on serving dish, or form in flat circle on platter. Top with reserved chutney and coconut. Serve with crackers or toasted pita triangles.
