Excellent queso recipe. The red and green look great for christmas. If you don't want it to less spicy you can use plain diced tomatoes.

Ingredients For christmas queso

32 oz

block queso blanco velveeta cheese
8 oz

block cream cheese
10 oz

can rotel
3 lg

jalapenos seeded and chopped

How To Make christmas queso

Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes. Place in crock pot. Pour the can of rotel over top and stir in the jalapeno's. Place on low setting and let cook about an hour stirring once in a while until smooth and cheese has melted
