This was an Iowa hors'd'horves I made over 30 years ago. My son passed away last year and loved them so at Christmas, so I will pass along to you. Happy Holidays!

Ingredients
- 1 package large of cream cheese
- 1 jar dried beef
- 1 jar crisp pickles (whole)
How To Make christmas cream cheese appetiser's

Step 1Cream Cheese should be room tempature. Take a whole pickle and add cream cheese with your warm hands and pat or pack around pickle, about 1/4-1/2" thick. Take dried beef out of jar and place around the pickle with cream cheese. Secure with toothpicks. Place in refrigerator or one hour. You can make more than one. Place on butcher block and slice about 1/2 inch thick. Beautiful green, red and white color for Christmas, the men love these!
