This is a super easy last minute cheese that you can make from ingredients in your pantry. The first time I made this for our card group, every one loved it, and it often is brought as a special treat. You can eliminate the mayonnaise for a firmer cheese or add a little more for a softer, more spreadable cheese while it is still cold.
