- 1 pound fresh chorizo, casing removed
- 1 pound velveeta, cubed
- 1 can original rotel tomatoes
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
How To Make chorizo queso dip

Step 1Brown chorizo in a skillet over medium heat. Break up into small pieces. Drain.

Step 2Put Rotel & cheese into a crockpot & add chorizo.

Step 3Cook on HIgh for approximately 40-45 minutes. stir to blend. Reduce to warm & serve with tortilla chips .
