  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2 lb
    velveeta cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    mexene chili powder

How to Make Chili Cheese Roll


  1. Mix all ingredients except chili powder.
  2. Make into rolls and roll into chili powder.
  3. Place rolls into wax paper. Chill.
  4. When ready to serve, cut into 1/2 inch slices and serve with favorite round crackers.
