Ingredients
- - 3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- - 1 cup shredded mild cheddar
- - 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- - 1 tbsp.olive oil
- - 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- - 1 tsp. ground cumin
- - 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- - 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- - 1 cup pale lager, such as corona
- - 2 tbsp. chopped chipotles in adobo sauce
- - 1/2 tsp. minced lime zest
How To Make chili cheese fondue

Step 1Toss together jack cheese, cheddar and cornstarch.

Step 2Heat oil in large pan over medium low heat. Add garlic, cumin coriander and oregano. Cook til garlic softens, about 1 minute.

Step 3Add lager and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Whisk in cheese mixture a handful at a time, letting each addition fully melt before adding the next. Whisk in chipotles and zest and transfer to a warm fondue pot. Makes 2 1/2 cups
