I take this to every function/holiday. They always come back for more. You can even use cake pan shapes to make things more festive. I hope everyone likes it.

Ingredients
- 2 8oz packages cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- dash garlic salt
- 1 large can chunk chicken
How To Make chicken cheeseball

Step 1Drain all water from chicken and pour into bowl. Separate with fork. Add in cream cheese and garlic. Mix with mixer. Add the chopped pecans. Place in a round bottom bowl lined with plastic wrap. Chill in fridge to firm up.

Step 2To serve, unwrap from plastic and invert onto serving tray. Use sturdy crackers. Enjoy.
