Chicken Cheese Ball

A very savory and flavorfull cheese ball that is perfect for parties, receptions, or any get-togethers. I've made this for years and it still gets requested.

    8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  •   1
    powder packet ranch dressing mix
  •   1
    12.5 oz. can white chicken meat, drained
    3/4 cup chopped pecans

How To Make

  • 1
    Place cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and chicken in a bowl. Beat with mixer until well blended. The mixer will help to shred the chicken very fine and mix it well with the cream cheese blend.

    Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.

    Spread on crackers and enjoy!
