A very savory and flavorfull cheese ball that is perfect for parties, receptions, or any get-togethers. I've made this for years and it still gets requested.

Ingredients

  • 1
    8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    powder packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1
    12.5 oz. can white chicken meat, drained
  • ·
    3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • ·
    crackers

How to Make Chicken Cheese Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Place cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and chicken in a bowl. Beat with mixer until well blended. The mixer will help to shred the chicken very fine and mix it well with the cream cheese blend.
  2. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
  3. Spread on crackers and enjoy!
