You all know by now that my husband got laid off from the sugar beet factory this summer so I need all the cheap recpies I can get. Espesially because he eats like a horse! LOL!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon instant bouillon (chicken or beef, your choice)
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels (or what-have-you! feel free to sub crushed tortilla chips, cracker crumbs, etc.)

How To Make cheezball-on-a-budget

  • Step 1
Mix together the cream cheese and margarine until well combined. Add the bouillon (we like beef) and salt and pepper to taste. Roll in pretzel crumbs. (Everyone thinks they are chopped pecans - LOL!) Serve with assorted crackers.
