1 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 pkgranch dressing/dip mix

1roasted red pepper (from the jar)
How to Make Cheesy Roasted Pepper Dip
- Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
- Mince roasted red pepper and add to the mix.
- Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour to let flavors marry. If you like, add a few dashes of hot sauce.
- Serve with crackers, chips or veggies. YUM!
